Welcome to eMR set up
To activate eMR you need to go through this one-off set up process. It involves 3 stages:
- Stage 1: Create a Surgery Account in eMR
- Stage 2: Create Your Account in eMR
- Stage 3: Connect eMR to SystmOne
During the setup process you will be provided with a step by step guidance. You can also check our Quick Set Up Guide.
What do I need?
To complete the setup, you will need the following:
- Access to the SystmOne Gateway machine at your practice
- Permissions to install applications on the above machine
- SystmOne user account
- Your practice code
- Central surgery email address where you would like all medical report requests to be sent to. This will be a shared email box
- Your mobile phone (for authentication purposes)
We also recommend that you review Section 1 of our Quick Set Up Guide before proceeding with the setup.
How long will it take?
Provided that all technical requirements are met, we estimate it should take you no longer than 10 minutes. There will be a progress bar within eMR where you can see where you are in the process.
