Kirsty Parker

Chief Operating Officer

Kirsty Parker is a business transformation leader with over 30 years of expertise in scaling high-growth companies, optimising operations, and driving digital innovation. She has held executive roles in both high-growth startups and global organisations across healthcare, healthtech, and business services. Within these sectors, she has successfully improved operations, increased profitability, and led more than 50 M&A transactions. 

Before joining Medi2data as Chief Operating Officer, Kirsty was COO at Cera Care, playing a key role in scaling the business and securing major funding rounds. She has also held senior leadership positions at Maximus UK, Capita, Independent Vetcare, and Adecco, overseeing large-scale teams, government contracts, and digital transformation initiatives.

Additionally, Kirsty holds an MBA from Henley Business School and has completed executive leadership programmes at IMD Lausanne, strengthening her expertise in business strategy and operational excellence.

Alexandra Bevens

Head of Programme & Governance

Alexandra is Head of Programme & Governance at Medi2data and has been a key member of the team, having joined the business in 2019. With experience across multiple functions, she brings a well-rounded, strategic perspective to delivering scalable, impactful solutions.

She leads on project planning, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional coordination – ensuring smooth execution and alignment across the organisation. With a background in biological sciences, Alexandra combines scientific insight with operational expertise to bridge the gap between healthcare and technology, supporting Medi2data’s mission to simplify and improve access to medical data.

Ieuan Lloyd

Head of Operations

Ieuan is Head of Operations at Medi2data, bringing over 11 years of senior management experience across sectors including renewable energy and healthcare. Since joining the company in 2022, he has applied his cross-industry expertise to strengthen operational performance and support scalable growth.

With a background in strategic planning and process optimisation, Ieuan focuses on enhancing efficiency, streamlining workflows, and building high-performing teams. His data-driven approach and passion for continuous improvement play a key role in shaping Medi2data’s operational infrastructure and driving sustainable success.

Suzanne Wilkinson

Head of Accounts & Partnerships

Suzanne is Head of Accounts & Partnerships at Medi2data, bringing over 25 years of experience in the medical evidence agency sector. She joined the business in 2024, having previously worked with some of the UK’s leading providers, and brings deep expertise in client relationship management and service delivery.

Suzanne is committed to ensuring customers realise the full value of Medi2data’s services. Her passion for delivering outstanding user experiences and building strong partnerships plays a key role in driving customer satisfaction and long-term success.

Tina Schillace

Group Financial Controller

Tina is Group Financial Controller at Medi2data and a fully qualified chartered certified accountant with over 26 years of experience across both corporate and private sectors. Since joining the company in 2018, she has progressed into a senior leadership role, overseeing the finance function and ensuring accurate, timely reporting.

She is responsible for managing Medi2data’s accounting function, preparing monthly financial statements, and producing reports that highlight key results, trends, and forecasts. Throughout her career, Tina has led the financial due diligence for two successful business sales and has held senior finance roles on government contracts across care, custody, and health. She brings strong analytical skills and deep expertise in modern accounting systems.

Richard Freeman

Founder & CEO

Richard is the Founder and CEO of Medi2data. With a strong background in both healthcare and financial services, Richard has been instrumental in driving Medi2data’s mission to power access to consented and curated medical data.

Prior to leading Medi2data, Richard held significant positions in various health-tech firms where he honed his expertise in digital health transformations and strategic leadership. Known for his visionary approach, he has effectively positioned Medi2data at the forefront of healthcare digitalisation, ensuring the company’s solutions meet the evolving needs of healthcare providers and patients alike. 

Richard has 30 years experience in the domestic and international financial services and healthcare markets, where he shares his insights on the future of healthcare transactional technologies. Passionate about leveraging tech to improve the delivery of B2B and B2B2C transactional outcomes, he remains committed to advocating for policies that support data-driven solutions whilst safeguarding the data subject.

Sarah Lewis

Head of Customer Success

Sarah is Head of Customer Success at Medi2data, having joined the company in 2019. Since then, she has held a variety of roles across the business, gaining a deep understanding of its operations and services.

With a strong background in customer-facing positions, Sarah plays a vital role in onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth transition to Medi2data’s services. Her focus on building long-term relationships contributes directly to the company’s growth and customer success.

Mikha Zeffertt

Head of Engineering

Mikha joined Medi2data in 2023 as Head of Engineering, bringing over 12 years of experience and a passion for impactful technology and innovation. She leads the Engineering function, driving continuous development of the company’s proposition to deliver cutting-edge technology and enhanced security for clients.

Starting her career in edtech before moving into health-tech, Mikha played a key role in bringing development in-house at Medi2data – strengthening technological capabilities and advancing product offerings.

Nick Freeman

Chief Commercial Officer

Nick joined Medi2data in 2017 as the company’s second employee. With a background in Applied Medicine he has held multiple roles within the business, primarily focusing on product development and commercialisation.

After leading the development of Medi2data’s Primary Care and Client Services propositions, Nick, as CCO, was responsible for scaling service delivery during a period of rapid growth. Having successfully navigated the early scaling phase and established a strong operational foundation, he has now returned to his passion for product and commercial development as Chief Commercial Officer.

Charles Brown

Non-Exec Director

Charles is a chartered accountant and seasoned business advisor with extensive experience in supporting early-stage technology companies. He has been involved with Medi2data since its inception, playing a key role in business planning, fundraising, and strategic partnerships. His expertise lies in guiding high-growth ventures, managing risks, and securing long-term success.

After qualifying in 1979 with Robson Rhodes, Charles established the firm’s corporate finance division, advising entrepreneurs and contributing to government reports on small business finance. In 1986, he co-founded Cambridge Venture Management, where he spent 25 years helping high-tech companies scale through financial planning and investment.

Currently, Charles supports IT and cyber security firms as a part-time finance director, providing financial and strategic leadership. He has also been instrumental in founding two successful charities.

Non-Exec Chairman

Professor Sneh Khemka CBE brings extensive global healthcare experience to the Board. A trained surgeon and entrepreneur, his bio is nothing short of impressive; formally CEO of SimplyHealth; Director of Development, Healthcare, at BUPA; COO at Advanced Oncotherapy; VP, Population Health & vHealth at Aetna International.

Sneh currently acts as Executive Director, Integrated Health & Wellbeing at NEOM, Venture Partner at Archimed Health, and Non-Executive Director at Synnovis.

Joining the Medi2data Board in January 2024, Sneh actively supports the Executive Management team in promoting and developing the use of Medi2data’s Primary Care and Client Services platform solutions and services.

Isa Goksu

Technical Advisor

Isa Goksu brings over two decades of technology leadership experience to his advisory and entrepreneurial roles. A highly accomplished CTO with proven success at Globant (NYSE: GLOB) and ThoughtWorks (NSDQ: TWKS), Isa has consistently driven significant revenue growth and market leadership through strategic technology implementation and digital transformation initiatives.

His expertise encompasses AI/ML, digital transformation, distributed computing and other cutting-edge technologies, applied across diverse sectors including financial services and retail. Beyond his corporate roles, Isa serves as a NED and a board advisor for several promising startups, providing strategic guidance and leveraging his extensive network.

His deep understanding of technology, combined with his proven ability to drive business transformation, makes him a valuable asset to both established companies and emerging ventures.
